bharattoken.org Platform Account In order to use the bharattoken.org Platform, you must first register an account ("Account"). We will ask you to give some information about yourself in order to create an account, and we may, in our sole discretion, request you to supply additional information and/or documents at any time throughout your use of the bharattoken.org Platform. We have the right to refuse, deny, suspend, or disable your access to or use of the bharattoken.org Platform at our sole discretion.

The bharattoken.org logo, as well as any bharattoken.org Platform product or service names, logos, or slogans that appear on the Site or elsewhere, are the exclusive property of bharattoken.org and may not be duplicated, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
You may not use any Content without our express written consent, unless otherwise noted.
We retain the right to suspend or terminate any Account that has actually or allegedly infringed on the intellectual property rights of another individual.
Other than the Content, all other copyrights, trademarks, product names, and logos on the Site, including the Tokens and User Content, are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the permission of the applicable intellectual property right owner.

We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to or use of the Site and any Content, and/or close your Account, for any reason, but particularly if we suspect in our sole discretion that I your Account is being used for illegal activity;
(ii) you have concealed or provided false information;
(iii) you have engaged in fraudulent activity; and/or
(iv) you have engaged in activity in violation of these Terms.
If bharattoken.org has cash in your Account but no evidence of your usage of the bharattoken.org Platform for several years, we may be obligated to declare these funds as unclaimed property in line with abandoned property and escheat laws. If this occurs, we will make reasonable measures to notify you in writing. We may be forced to handover any such monies to the appropriate jurisdiction as unclaimed property if you do not reply within seven business days or the term allowed by Applicable Law. We retain the right, as authorised by Applicable Law, to take a reasonable administrative fee from any unclaimed money.
You accept that it is exclusively your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to your Token transactions on the Token bharattoken.org Platform. Neither bharattoken.org nor any other bharattoken.org Party is responsible for deciding whether or not taxes apply to your Token transactions.
Users may promote their individual User Content, including, but not limited to, their Sale Item, using different communication channels such as their social media profiles. bharattoken.org is not accountable to you for any such messages and/or promotional activities carried out by Users.
You are solely responsible for confirming the identity, validity, and authenticity of assets purchased over the bharattoken.org Platform. Regardless of signs or signals indicating verification, bharattoken.org makes no claims concerning the identity, legitimacy, or authenticity of assets on the bharattoken.org Platform.
Except as clearly stated in writing by bharattoken.org, the Site, its content, and the Token mentioned within are given on a "as is" and "as available" basis, with no express or implied warranties or terms. bharattoken.org (and its suppliers) make no promise that the Site will

(4) loss of NFTs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, bharattoken.org HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO THE SITE THE FOREGOING DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.

These Terms may be changed or altered from time to time. Any such revisions will be posted on the Site. Unless otherwise specified, any amended Terms that are issued shall take effect immediately. For alerts sent through email, the date of receipt shall be deemed the date of transmission. You will always have the option to opt out of getting marketing materials from us.
A person who is not a party to these Terms, other than companies within the bharattoken.org group, has no right to enforce any of these Terms.
